Thank you for visiting my web site. I am an experienced masseur and touch therapist with a keen interest in meditation, reiki, hypnotherapy for relaxation and well-being.

I am skilled and trained in various forms of massage, Hypnotherapy & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

 

I am passionate about touch and its power to heal, energise, communicate, and put us in touch with the present moment.

 

Through guided body awareness and expert massage and touch I facilitate for you an experience of well-being in safe and comfortable surroundings.

 

I am based in the small Market Town of Halesworth in East  Suffolk which has convenient parking. I am only 5 minutes walk from Halesworth Railway Station connecting with all stations from London Liverpool Street to Lowestoft.

The Classic starts with deep breathing to restore the natural balance of your body,

using a comination of Full Body Massage with elements of Reiki combining the use of light, colour, smell and sounds to create a deep relaxing massage. 

My aim is for this to be a ‘special and individual’ experience for every client.
